Time Line
1912. September. Representatives of the Gogebic and Iron Counties Railway and Light Company appeared before the state railroad commission at Lansing and asked them to compel the C&NW and Soo Line railroads to permit them to run tracks across their lines on this range. The electric company claims that the other railroads are tying them up and delaying their project of connecting the electric line between Bessemer and Ironwood. [BHN-1912-0914]
