Upper Mills was a location on the DSS&A (former H&C railway) near Lake Linden. It was located between Dollar Bay and Lake Linden. Identified by a DSS&A telegrapher's agreement.

Time Line
1918. The DSS&A had an agent/operator and assistant at this location during the day. [TRT]
1926. The MPUC gives permission for the Copper Range railroad to cross the Mineral Range (H&C division) here. The purpose of this track is to connect the CR with tracks serving the stamp mill of the Lake Milling, Smelting and Refining Company. in the NW 1/4 of Section 13, T-55N R33W. [MPUIC-1926]
