Station: Dimondale, MI
Dimondale is a town southwest of Lansing in Eaton County. It was founded in 1840 with a sawmill on the Grand River here. It was incorporated as a village in 1906. [MPN] The Lake Shore & Michigan Southern Lansing branch came through here in 1873 and the location was named Dimondale.
