Station: Harvey, IL

Inside Harvey Tower Harvey was a station on the GTW South Bend subdivision at milepost 23.2 in Cook County, IL. The GTW crossed the B&O Chicago Terminal railroad here in 1971 (at milepost 23.1) at a mechanical interlocking. [GTWET-1971-0425]

1883. The GTW installs a 50' iron deck girder turntable at Valparaiso. [GTBB]

1915. The GTW had a 342 car passing track here. [GTOS-1915-1102]

 1917. The GTW had an agent and an operator here during the day. The telegraph call was "HY". [TRT]
