Station: Chicago Heights, IL

Chicago Heights is a city and south suburb of Chicago in Cook County. It has a population of about 30,000 in 2010.

The town was a station on the Michigan Central Joliet Branch, between Dyer, IN and Matteson. The station was open day and night.

Chicago Heights was an interlocked crossing of the MC Joliet Branch and the C&EI (Chicago & Eastern Illinois). [ETT-1947]
