Station: Tolleston, IN

Tolleston, IN Depot and train Tolleston was located in north central Lake County. It was a station stop on the Wabash's fourth district which ran between Montpelier, Ohio and Chicago.

Tolleston was also a station and crossing of the PRR on the Michigan Central main line to Kensington and Chicago. The MC had a westbound siding here. The station was open day and night in 1947. Tolleston is located in the City of Gary IN.

The Wabash was crossed here by the Chicago, South Shore & South Bend interurban line (above grade), the Gary Railway (street car line) at grade, and the Chicago, Lake Shore & South Bend street car line (at grade).
