Location: WR (Walbridge) Tower, Ohio
WR Tower was a Pennsylvania Railroad tower at their entrance to the Toledo area, where their northbound line crossed the Toledo Terminal belt railroad. This was a newer tower which was brick and used pneumatic controls for moving switches.

Time Line
1902. The original tower and interlocking is installed at this crossing, with 64 levers. [RSE]
1927. The Toledo Terminal installs a second main line at this location. [RSE]
1927. The tower is built by the PRR. It houses a US&S electro-pneumatic machine with a 59 lever frame, 21 levers used for switches and derails, 12 levers for signals, and three master levers. It had 2 spare levers and 19 spare places. This tower was operated and maintained by the PRR with all roads sharing expenses. [CQII]
1928. This crossing had 200-300 train movements per day. [RSE]
