Station: Chesterton, IN
Chesterton is a town in northwest Indiana, 1 mile east of Porter, IN. It is along the main line of the Norfolk Southern main line (former NYC/Lake Shore & Michigan Southern). The EJ&E also had a terminal here on the east end of their belt line around Chicago.

The NYC had a 1,400' long track pan at Chesterton. [LS]
