AA Mesick Depot AA Manistee River Bridge at Mesick MI AA Manistee River Bridge at Mesick MI Mesick was settled about 1890 as a sawmill town in Wexford County. The town incorporated as a village in 1901. [MPN] Mesick is located in northwest Wexford County, about seven miles south of Buckley on the Ann Arbor Railroad.
