Location: Fordson Yard, Dearborn, MI (DT&I)

Fordson Yard Dearborn MI Fordson Yard was in and around the Ford Rouge complex in East Dearborn. The yard was operated by the Ford Motor Company locomotive fleet, and later by the DT&I, GTW and CN.

To the left is the C&O Rougemere Yard engine facility.  Fordson Yard was used by the DT&I, and later by CN to service the Ford Rouge Works. In this photo, the yard is largely empty.
