This is the crossing of the Michigan Central Bay City Branch and the Detroit Street Railways Nevada line.

Time Line
1931. February 9. The MPUC orders that the interlocking be approved for immediate use at this location. All engines and trains on the MC approach the signals governing movements over said crossing under control, and when said signals are found to be clear or in proceed position, may pass over said crossing at a rate of 20 miles per hour for freight trains and thirty mph for passenger trains. Trains and cars on the SSR will be brought to a stop in advance of derail and signals governing movements over said crossing and when said signals are found to be clear or in proceed position, may pass over said crossing not to exceed to mph.
