Bridgewater is a hamlet settled in 1829 in Washtenaw County, located about six miles west of Saline. [MPN]
Bridgewater was a station on the Detroit, Hillsdale & Western railroad line which ran between Ypsilanti and Bankers, near Hillsdale.
