Station: Parkington, MI
Parkington was settled about 1889 on the Soo Line railroad (later WC/CN). A store and sawmill of the Peninnsular Cedar Company was located here. [MPN] The town was located about 16 miles east of Manistque, and 2 miles west of Blaney Junction.
