Station: Port Huron, MI - Interurban lines

Port Huron Interurban rails pulled up 2005In addition to the GTW, PM and PH&D railroads, Port Huron was connected to the region's vast electric interurban railroad system via a line which came north from New Baltimore. The interurban ran local and limited cars to and from Port Huron and a city line operated in the downtown area.

Time Line

1902. The Rapid Railway has an interurban car barn at Port Huron which will accommodate about 40 cars. [MCR-1903]
