Station: Mershon, MI - F&PM Station

This was a station on the F&PM Ludington main line near the crossing at Mershon Tower. The station was likely built for passenger interchange between the F&PM, the F&PM Belt, the MC and GTW.


Notes

This was a station stop for passenger trains on the Saginaw Belt line.


Time Line

1889. October. The new suburban passenger station of the F&PM opposite the plant of W.B. Mershon & Company is nearly complete and presents a neat and attractive appearance. [SCH-1889-1024]
