Location: Pontiac, MI - Huron Street Interlocking (GTW/DUR), MI
This was a crossing of the DUR street railway with the Grand Trunk Western main line from Pontiac to Durand and beyond. It was located at Huron Street.
Notes
This interlocking tower was destroyed at least three times by GTW derailments in the 1970's. [GTWHS-2023-F]
Time Line
1935. This interlocking was out-of-service in June, 1935, but it was known to survive as a street gate tower. [GTWHS-2023-F/JH]
