Station: Moorland, MI
Moorland was settled about 1857 as a sawmill settlement. In 1888 the Toledo, Saginaw & Muskegon Railroad (later GTW) came through and it became a station stop. [MPN] The town was located about 12 miles east of downtown Muskegon.
