Station: Dalton, MI
Dalton was settled in Muskegon County about 1859. It began as a sawmill settlement. It was also known as Dalton Mills and Dalton Station. [MPN] Dalton was on the Chicago & West Michigan (later PM/C&O) line to Pentwater about 10 miles southeast of White Lake.
