Station: Millbrook, MI

Millbrook MI Depot Millbrook was settled about 1863. A water-power sawmill was built here in 1864. [MPN]

Millbrook is located in southeast Mecosta County on the Pere Marquette railroad branch line from Stanton to Big Rapids. It was also known as Milbrook.

Time Line

1938. The Pere Marquette requests permission from the MPUC to close its depots at Millbrook, Biteley, Melvin and Grawn, explaining that they are no longer necessary to meet public convenience. [EDP-1938-0305]
