Forestville was located on the main line of the Lake Superior & Ishpeming railroad about two miles west of West Yard at Presque Isle in Marquette County. [LSI2]

Time Line
1920. Peter Graff, a brakeman on the LS&I railroad was instantly killed near Forestville, when he accidentally fell from a car of an ore train enroute to Marquette. [IDG-1920-0528]
