Location: Grand Rapids, MI - 44th Street Yard
The Pennsylvania railroad's 44th Street Yard extended north from 54th Street to 44th Street south of Grand Rapids in Kent County.
Notes
This was a six track yard (plus main line) was 1.25 miles in length and served industries such as Conway, Grand Rapids Alloys, Vankeulen Winchester Lumber Company, Gordon Foods and Kelvinator. [ZTS]
