Location: Sunnyside, Grand Rapids, MI
Sunnyside was an interlocked junction on the Pere Marquette main line (Detroit-Chicago) in Grand Rapids where the north-south Pere Marquette line to Petoskey and Bay View left the main line. This was the SE leg of the wye connection. Sunnyside was staffed by the PM.

1926. August. The Pere Marquette has placed an order with the General Railway Signal Co. for one 5-way table interlocker, 3 dc switch layouts, two 3-arm triangular type color-light signals, three 2-arm triangular type color-light signals, three 2-arm triangular type color-light signals, two color-light dwarf signals, and relays and other parts. The above materials will be for installation at Sunny Side, Grand Rapids, MI. [RSE01926-07]
1927. Leverman at this tower were paid 56¢ per hour, 2¢ per hour less than the nearby Plaster Creek tower. [PMTA]
