Interlocking: Caspian, MI - Berkshire Mine track
In 1916, a new siding to the Berkshire Mine in Caspian was installed by the Chicago & Northwestern railway. This track crossed the electric interurban railway which required an interlocked crossing by the Michigan Railroad Commission. This crossing was located in the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, T42-R34. [MSA-IL]
