Notes

The Tuscola and Saginaw Bay railroad (known as the "Tisbee") operated trackage leased from the State of Michigan in the 1980's and 1990's. This included the former Ann Arbor railroad north of Ann Arbor to Frankfort/Elberta, and some former Michigan Central trackage in the Vassar area of the thumb. The Ann Arbor trackage became the Great Lakes Central railroad and the Vassar area was turned over to the Huron & Eastern.
