Acquired: 1906 - St. Clair to Ridgeway. Control at incorporation by Canada Southern Railway which by this time was leased by the Michigan Central.
Operated for 26 years as an MC branch.
Ended operations: 1932 - abandoned.
Note: MM&C is the Michigan, Midland & Canada railroad.
