Bought: 1890, the Ontonagon & Brule River.

Time Line

1887. This railroad builds north from the Wisconsin state line to Champion, via Iron Mountain and Channing.

1890. Controlled by the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul railroad. Sold to them in 1893.

1890. This new company purchases the Ontonagon & Brule River from Ontonagon to Rockland.
