Time Line
1890. The building and equipment of the F&SE railroad during the past year has opened up a fine section of country and will tend to increase industries and ggive longer lease of life to mills that will not be able to secure logs by rail. The road connects at Copemish in Manistee County, with the Toledo & Ann Arbor for Detroit, and with the Manistee & Northeastern Road for points south and north. [DFP-1890-1229]
